Jackie Brown died Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at the Johnson Memorial Hospital in Dawson, MN at the age of 64.

Visitation will held on Monday, February 13, 2017 from 2-4 PM at Grace Lutheran Church in Dawson.  A prayer service will be held at 4 PM following the visitation time with Pastor Kendall Stelter officiating. A Celebration of Life will be held following the prayer service at 5:30 PM at the VFW in Dawson.   Interment will be at Terrace Lawn Memory Gardens, rural Montevideo.

Jacquelyn Lee (Westfield) Brown was born February 21, 1952 at Canby, MN the daughter of Gerald and Ardyce (Larson) Westfield.  She was baptized and confirmed at Grace Lutheran Church in Dawson and graduated from Dawson High School in 1970.  She was united in marriage with James Brown December 26, 1981.  She worked as a cook at many restaurants in Montevideo and Dawson.  Jackie was a hard worker and a good mother.  She loved gardening, sewing, quilting, playing dice with family and friends, and cooking and baking for an army of people.  Jackie enjoyed splitting her time between Dawson, MN and Richfield, ID with family and friends.

Jackie is survived by her husband James; her children: Denise (Earl) Wolford, Prior Lake, MN, Shellie (Keegan) Mammen, Morton, MN, Thomas “TJ” (Danial) Johnson, Dawson, MN, Paula (James) Kill, Morris, MN, Paul Johnson, Danvers, MN, James Brown Jr., Richfield, ID and John (Gift) Brown, Shoshone, ID; 19 grandchildren: Chelsea, Patrick (Marrissa), Alexis, Jaramey, Brooke, Anthony, Shayla, Faith, Kyron, Codie, Preston, Conner, McKenzie, Ethin, JT, Keira, Arista, Kelton, and Jessie; brothers: Terry (Beverly) Westfield, Dawson, MN, Mark (Bonnie) Westfield, Granite Falls, MN, and James Westfield, Dawson, MN, one sister, Janet (Shawn) Sumner, Dawson, MN as well as other extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
