Racquel Rae Rolla

Racquel Rolla of Granite Falls, passed away Monday, October 17, 2022 at the St. Cloud Hospital at the age of 47.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 27, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Granite Falls Lutheran Church.  Pastor Deborah Nissen will officiate, and burial will be in Rock Valle Lutheran Cemetery.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 26, 2022 from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Anderson - TeBeest Funeral Home of Granite Falls.  Visitation will continue one hour prior to services at the church on Thursday.

Racquel Rae Rolla was born February 11, 1975 the daughter of Bennett and Betty (Fladeboe) Rolla.  She attended and graduated from Granite Falls High School in 1993. After high school she obtained her bachelor’s degree in social work and woman’s studies from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.  Following college she moved to Shakopee where she lived for about ten years.  Racquel then made her home in Granite Falls, where she worked for Norcraft in Cottonwood in the human resources department.  Racquel enjoyed spending time with her cats and had many over her lifetime: Nala, Lady, Blackie, Snowflake, Ochmed, Bum, Tumor and Baby.  She loved people and made friends with many, but nothing compared to her love for her boys.  Racquel enjoyed hunting, fishing, and listening to music with her boys. She was extremely close to her father, Bennett and they were the best of friends.

Racquel is survived by her sons, Bennett and Wyatt Ansell of Granite Falls; mother, Betty Rolla of Granite Falls; brothers, Jonathan Rolla of Burnsville and Jason (Tiffany) Rolla of Johnson City, TN; and other extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Bennett Rolla.
