So sad to say goodbye to a grandma who always made me feel like an important part of her family. Derek and Larissa were so lucky to grow up with such a loving grandma. I know that nobody has ever left her house with an empty stomach! Grandma will be missed by all of us. Heaven gained a beautiful angel.

Dear Pat, Ron &Marlys, My sympathies to you & your families. I extend from Ronnie too as we spoke highly of both your folks over the years!- A reminisce for you. You lived by Thoen's & had a party. Your Mom served us lunch & we listened to a Bob Newhart record, 'The day after the night before😂- When your folks lived by the funeral home, we 'kids' were together during a class re-union time & came in their house & gave greetings. Then we piled into a Classic car that Ronnie Lysome had. I recall Nancy & Carol & we & others 'made some U- balls' & of course, showed off & did a lot of laughing.- Fond memories of your folks & our 'growing up' years! 💕Liz

Mildred was a beautiful lady, inside and out. She always had a smile and a cheerful disposition. One of my fondest memories was meeting Mildred and her lady companions, by chance, at the Oslo Airport in August 2002. Such a sweet surprise that my travel group happened to be on the same flight home. My sympathy to Mildred's family and friends. 💕
